Represented University Marine Biological Station Millport on Clyde Fisheries Development Group, established to facilitate the sustainable development of the Clyde marine fisheries. Other members were representatives of Clyde Fishermen's Association, Clyde and South West Static Gear Association, Food and Drink Federatino, Northern Ireland Fishermen's Federation, Sea Fish Industry Authority, Scottish Natural Heritage, and WWF Scotland.
