Do you want to foster an inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes social justice?In recent years, educational institutions worldwide are recognising the need to decolonise the curriculum. This movement aims to uncover unconscious bias and to create an including curriculum that recognises and addresses the historical legacies of injustice and racism.
This workshop will raise awareness about the importance of decolonising the curriculum and its relevance to GP teaching; provide an understanding of the key concepts of decolonising the curriculum; and explore practical strategies for decolonising the curriculum, including raising awareness of the toolkit.
