UK Fluids Network (UKFN) Women in Fluid Dynamics UK Special Interest Group (SIG)

The project aims to strengthen research culture in fluid dynamics at the University of Leeds by addressing barriers faced by women navigating transitions between career stages. Through evidence gathering, co-created resources, and a novel piloted intervention, the project will support women’s career progression and disseminate best practice nationally.

SIG committee members Esther García-Tuñón, Costanza Rodda and Yukie Tanino will be providing support alongside Leeds colleague Claire McIlroy.
