Description

The general responsibility of the Honorary Treasurer (hereafter Treasurer) is to lead on all financial activities of the Society, including the keeping of accounts and their submission to annual audit. These activities include the authorisation of all expenditures on behalf of the Society, including adherence to established guidelines. He/she also chairs the Finance Committee, which comprises the Treasurer, President and Secretary and which manages the Society’s investments in consultation with appropriate professional advice.
