Presenting research on climate migration and analysis surrounding the difficulties of energy transitions to Audit Scotland

I was invited to speak to Audit Scotland as part of Scotland's Climate Week 2023 observations. I, alongside Andrew Tomlinson from Christian Aid, consulted with Audit Scotland to deliver presentations on the intricacies and politics of climate actions and solutions. Altogether, the event attracted 50 participants.
Feedback from the event included the following responses from participants: 'I think this helped challenge us to see the true scale of the climate crisis and the complex and challenging ethical decisions we need to make. Getting real-world examples was very insightful.' 'Both speakers were passionate about the subject matter and the presentations were very powerful. I particularly liked the short videos that helped to give a voice to the people most impacted by climate change. The length of the presentations and the time for Q&A was well balanced.' 'The use of peoples stories and lived experiences brings the message home in a more meaningful way. Interesting to see Audit Scotland doing this on the Adult Mental health report published in September 2023'
