Activity

As COP30 Brazil unfolded, we gathered for an afternoon of short films, gentle dialogue, and shared reflection on how we move, belong, and root ourselves in place. This gathering was the result of many threads coming together: City of Sanctuary Sheffield, We Are Nature Collective, Grassroots2global, the Aberdeen University Environmental Arts & Humanities Network, and GREC (Grampian Regional Equality Council). We explored climate and migration not as separate issues, but as interwoven pathways, like webs connecting stories, histories, and communities across place, time, and distance.
