Description

The public engagement event was jointly run by Buchan's Bistro and the Public Health Nutrition Research group (UoA). A meal was provided by the Bistro that mirrored the messages we were highlighting about healthy sustainable diets. A guest speaker from the WWF and recent work completed by the PHNR group was used to stimulate discussion and a debate among the public that attended the event.
