Activity
I participated in the We Are Nature Collective’s Women Conversations with Nature - A Creative Trek in the Cairngorms (26th April 2025) under the guidance of local poet Mae Diansangu. This emerging collective of Aberdeenshire-based women from diverse cultural backgrounds uses art to unpick environmental and social injustice and envision collective futures. NESCAN project officer Karina Emslie organised the walk partly inspired by my Pump-Prime-funded workshop last year. I was also a speaker at the launch of 'Artefact #1: I Am Nature', a poetry zine edited by Zainab Sulaimon, at a free public event at Foodstory on 22nd August 2025.| Period | 26 Apr 2025 → 22 Aug 2025 |
