The workshop on "Personality in the Project Death in Law – Interdisciplinary Explorations."

Description

This session consisted of presentations from our legal discipline colleagues, Dr Jonathan Ainslie (legal personality after death), Dr Patricia Živković (personality and post-mortem digital avatars), and Dr Nevena Jevremović (remembering the dead), and a discussion with other disciplines who shared their respective issues, challenges (to the legal disciplinary grounding), and theories. Finally, we formulated draft research questions for each chapter ('finding the common ground').
