Aberdeen Centre for Research Excellence in Musculoskeletal Health: Collaborate. Innovate. Translate.
ABC-MSK (formerly ACAMH) is an accredited European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) Centre of Excellence in Rheumatology which it has held since 2010.
At the Aberdeen Centre for Research Excellence in Musculoskeletal Health (ABC-MSK), our vision is to facilitate innovative interdisciplinary clinical, research and training activities at the University of Aberdeen and NHS Grampian. We are working together to improve the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of arthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions.
These are diseases with an enormous socio-economic burden, and they are set to rise with the ageing population. We seek to promote world-class research which informs the provision of high-quality care for patients with arthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions in the North East of Scotland.
