Abstract

In this paper some results concerning problems of the fracture dynamics of elastic bodies with allowance for unilateral crack contact interaction with friction are presented. Classical and variational formulations of the elastodynamic problem for body with crack under arbitrary loading have been given. Algorithm for the solution of the unilateral contact problem with friction has been developed. Problem of the penny-shaped crack edges contact interaction in 3-D space under action of a normal harmonic shear wave has been considered.
