Abstract

Arsenic biovolatilization in the environment is a scarcely studied phenomenon which seems to be an important pathway to the atmosphere [1]. Using a recently validated chemotrapping technique involving silver nitrate impregnated silica-gel tubes [2], we propose here to unravel what appears
to be a ubiquitous mechanism.
