Clomiphene citrate for controlled ovarian stimulation in women undergoing in vitro fertilization (Protocol)

This is a protocol for review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:

To determine whether clomiphene citrate (with or without gonadotropins) is more effective than alternatives, including gonadotropins (with agonists or antagonists), for controlled ovarian hyperstimulation in IVF or ICSI treatment.
