Abstract
The article provides a critical examination of the effect of devolution on insolvency law in Scotland, including a discussion of the reserved/devolved split in relation to insolvency law, an overview of the Scottish Parliament's legislation and prospective legislation in relation to insolvency law and an overall assessment.
