A policy of repeated single embryo transfer (SET) may minimize the risk of multiple pregnancy without substantially reducing live birth rates. We need more evidence on policies for repeated SET, including the best way to use available embryos within a single in vitro fertilization cycle until success is achieved or the supply of embryos is exhausted.
