Abstract
Patients commonly present to the Paediatric Emergency Department (PED) with wrist or ankle fractures. The influence different meteorological variables on causation is often described by patients and parents but is poorly described in the literature. Understanding seasonal and weather-related trends may improve service planning and hospital preparedness.
