Abstract

We read with interest the letter by Rosty et al. describing their analysis of tumor microsatellite instability (MSI) and BRAF mutation status in 747 colorectal cancer patients from the Melbourne Collaborative Cohort Study. We agree with the authors that their data add to the growing volume of literature supporting a role for combined MSI/BRAF status in colorectal cancer prognostic stratification.
