1. To summarize the available data on deferred treatment with curative intent, including characteristics on populations, interventions, outcome measures and time points of outcome measurement. 2. To describe, explore and assess the heterogeneity of definitions, thresholds and criteria for patient eligibility, monitoring and reclassification.
