Composition for the screen
Commissioned by the BBC, I composed four-hours of original music for this innovative four-part docu-series based on groundbreaking marine science for BBC TV.
The score blends orchestral, choral and electronic and recorded sounds and, instead of accompanying the narrative is, instead, the driving force for the series. The score is symphonic in construction with the four movements of the symphony presented in the corresponding four episodes of the series.
