Microsatellite data from: Evolutionary history of a Scottish harbour seal population

A total of 93 harbour seal samples from Moray Firth (North East Scotland ) were genotyped with 25 microsatellite markers using fluorescent labelled primers (see Appendix A, B from Nikolic et al. 2020). PCR amplification was carried out using Applied Biosystems 2720 Thermal Cycler. The dataset also contains biological (ex. length, age) and geographical information per individual.
