Abstract

A subtype of temporary work relations, which is a parent concept, is the temporary agency work relation. This type of work relationship was first regulated in Turkish Law in the Labour Law No. 4857, which was amended with the Law No. 6715. This temporary agency work relation is established through the private agencies, which are allowed to operate by the Turkish Work Authority. The parties of the temporary agency work, which in its nature constitutes a trilateral legal relationship, are the agency, the temporary employee, and the temporary employer. In the study, the legal relations among the parties of temporary agency work relation, are explained.
