Abstract

[18F]-5-Fluoro-5-deoxyribose ([18F]-FDR) conjugates very rapidly and under mild reaction conditions to peptides and in particular much more repidly than [18F]-FDG in this regard, and it offers new prospects for mild and rapid bioconjugation for fluorine-18 labelling for PET imaging.
