Abstract
“The fact that the liability problem is not widely regulated and remain highly controversial”. Most countries and jurisdictions do not take direct approach by regulating provisions of immunity for arbitrator. Instead, national laws adjust liability of arbitrator; from that; immunity of arbitrator is inferred. The author’s approach for this essay bases on this rationale, from the regulations on liability and immunity of arbitrator in the legal systems, countries and give the comprehensive perspective on arbitrator’s liability and immunity of Viet Nam.
