The fourth discusses various bilateral and trilateral fishing negotiations between the UK, EU and Norway. The fifth, sixth and seventh chapters take a national approach, looking at the UK’s Fisheries Act, and international obligations in fisheries enforcement and environmental protection, respectively. The eighth chapter discusses the UK’s role in international fisheries management post-Brexit. The ninth chapter outlines the opinion of key experts on various topics around fisheries and Brexit based on a workshop organised by the editors.
