Abstract
Giải quyết tranh chấp trực tuyến (ORD) được phát triển dưới dạng công nghệ ở Hoa Kỳ và Canada vào những năm 1990. Trong bối cảnh Cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0 bùng nổ, các hình thức giải quyết tranh chấp trực tuyến đã phát triển do các tiến bộ công nghệ bao gồm trọng tài, hòa giải, thương lượng và đàm phán và Bắc Mỹ được xem là địa điểm mà hầu hết các hoạt động ban đầu của ODR diễn ra.
