Từ khi thành lập Hiệp hội các quốc gia Đông Nam Á (ASEAN), nhu cầu tiến hành hợp tác trong lĩnh vực luật pháp đã hiện hữu. Từ hợp tác pháp lý, các quốc gia trong khu vực hướng đến mục tiêu xa hơn là hài hòa hóa pháp luật, tuy nhiên, quá trình này gặp không ít thách thức. Bài viết phân tích về hài hòa hóa pháp luật của một số quốc gia thành viên ASEAN trong lĩnh vực thương mại điện tử, qua đó đưa ra khuyến nghị.

Since the establishment of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), the need for cooperation in the field of law has existed. From legal cooperation, countries in the region aim for the further goal of legal harmonization, however, this process faces many challenges. This article analyzes the harmonization of laws of some ASEAN member countries in the field of e-commerce, thereby making recommendations.
