One advantage of treating unjustified enrichment as a unitary body of Scots law is that it is now easier to cater to unusual cases lying outside such well-established categories as the condictio indebiti (conferral of an undue enrichment in error as to legal liability) and condictio causa data causa non secuta (conferral of an enrichment for a future purpose that fails)....
