Provides an overview of the pathology of wounds, highlighting the correct terminology, and drawing attention to certain sentencing issues arising from the use of weapons. Looks at blunt force and sharp force injuries, other types of injuries, sentencing issues where an offence involves use of a weapon, and what constitutes a "weapon" for sentencing purposes?
