Abstract

Phillips et al. (2015) in their recent AMEE guide “Improving response rates and evaluating nonresponse bias in surveys” provide an excellent overview of the issues surrounding survey based strategies in medical education evaluation and research. In addition to their helpful suggestions to improve response rates there are a number of techniques that we have found helpful in improving our survey response rates that we wish to share.
