Abstract
Examines Morrison (Ross) v HM Advocate (HCJ Appeal) on whether a custodial sentence of 20 months, with an extension period of 24 months, was excessive or inappropriate for offences involving indecent images of children where many of the images were inaccessible and "indicative" images not classified as indecent were taken into account.
