N2 - Background: Living in rural areas has been associated with reduced health service use and poorer health outcomes, including work. Individuals with axial spondyloarthritis (AxSpA) are more likely to leave the workforce prematurely compared to the general population. This study aims to explore, amongst patients with AxSpA, whether there are differences in work and disease outcomes between rural and urban dwellers.
